First up ..... Taxi's

The new Falcon had three starters and performed well, but due to the hight temp, no car or driver performed at his (it's) best

Speaking of statistics it is interesting to compare the reaction times for the start of the different classes. The Open class cars are around 2/10ths faster on average than the V8's which are around even to 1/10th faster than the Trans Ams. There is the odd screamer in there but that is the general rule when you look at it.

Thanks for great night of racing Gazza. Photos are fantastic as usual.

I wasn't pulling a funny face, just trying to cool down.

The heat caused even the most mild mannered racers to fire up last night; it's a pity we don't live in an age when you could challenge a man to a duel at dawn.

I had better get my 2 out of the bubble wrap or maybe grab the new one (#89) due out this week (in the UK - not sure about here).

Wonder if we will ever race the Mustangs and Comaro's again

Great pics again Gaz. You are da man. Thanks for the results too Charlie

That was nothing ..... if it was realy bad, the dummy spitting prize would have been awarded
