Peter Gunn
Well not so little i needed a GT3 car for a future proxy race so bought a NSR Corvette C8R in orange and must admit i was a bit dissapointed my car had a twisted chassis and i,m not a great fan of anglewinders so i decided to get a new chassis for it and a hard one . Luckily i had a sidewinder spare pod for this size chassis so i went sidewinder, and used my favourite motor the Pirana 25k ballrace motor,NSR gears 11x34 , Staffs deep sished wheels with NSR ultra slicks on the rear, and a wood guide , weighted up front and midships. On test boy does this motor quicker than my Mclaren 720 s which was a spare to be used this year , the body of the corvette is ultra light , so a big test session coming up against the Mclaren on my mates wood track to sort the gearing out. Hoping i might qualify this time .
gazza
Looks great I must admit that the quality of some of the makers is starting to slip a bit, weather it's in the manufacturing or the packaging but having "twisted" or out of align parts is becoming a bit of a common thing these days. Maybe the parts are too light and too soft and the technology or the use of the technology hasn't matched the ideas. slotmadmac
I worked up my first NSR C8 this week. They come stock as Sidewinder over here in NZ. No complaints from me about this car. What a honey on the track. So easy to set up. They're a Mosler beater. No risk there. Quote Podiums are for short people.
