Heres something I just started working on , Protrack chassis , Challenger body painted plum crazy , the model kit gives 2 options , convertible or hard top , havent picked yet , but probably the hard top , less damage in a roll over , this car will be run hard , love these old Mopars :P

Well Ive come to the conclusion after searching for hours that my alternative is to start buying 1/24 Carrera street Corvettes to get the drivers I need for my street version Challenger R/T and Superbee thats next on the build list, as Ive yet to find anything anywhere . Pretty amazing with all the resources available to us that nobody offers street version drivers(ARE YOU LISTENING CARRERA )

DE38,

The only street version drivers I've seen are in a Fujimi 'Drivers' set which comes with:

1 Racing driver with choice of 3 helmet styles (full face, jet style, skull cap for the 30s to 50s era)

2 Civilian male driver

3 Civilian female driver

4 Female standing, wearing a bikini. Could have fun with, I guess. ;)

I know the guys at Pelikan Park in the USA use these figures.

The set should be only set you back about 5 or 6 greenbacks, which would be a whole lot cheaper than buying a 1/24 Carrera set just to get the drivers.

Or maybe, that's you justification for buying the set? ;)

In which case, forget that you read this thread. :P
