Only 1 spot remains now for the event.

 

If teams wish to add a forth driver to there teams just let us know.

Guy's not to long to go for this event. 1 spot still available for a team of 3 or 4. Also the teams with 2 drivers do we have a 3rd or 4th driver as yet?

 

Note the racing is the normal way for the event as to how all scale racing is done at Hornsby,right to left. Remember we all have to change the lead wires around and the Queenslanders don't forget your controller adapters.

Great to see Troy racing again for this Enduro...

there is no question as to his driving ability.. and how to get a car going fast... It's just his on-going lack of comprehension as to what the race scrutineer expects as a race ready car seems to be the problem. Work on getting past this Troy cause you with a couple of "hotshot" locals will be an awsome team.

Hmmmmmmmmm, so a driver puts his car in for tech and it passes. If he then goes back to the pit and makes the car wider I don't see how it could be described as 'lack of comprehension'.

 

If such behaviour was noticed by the track owner would the offender be allowed in the door again? Would anyone want to team up with them or even be in the same race?

On a brighter note track times this year should be faster this year... Garry J just finished braiding the rest of the Hornsby Flat track. We should run a book on how many laps will win the race.

It was great this year, so next year can only be better.

 

But, I'm up for a little bet - what odds are you offering? How about the following for my 2014 prediction;

 

- the winning team will do less than 4450 laps

- the last place team will do more than 4035 laps

I was told tonight that the Narangba boys will no longer be attending? Perhaps we can get some confirmation of that or whether it is just that they can't find a third driver?

Know rumour Andrew and Simon have pulled the pin.Just spoke with Andrew.

 

So it's back to 7 teams with now a spot vacant for another team.

Its all right Jason, I'm just taking the pi** out of Troy.. and he's big enough to take it.. and we all know he has no problem dishing it out. Troy is a fierce competitor and probably the driver to beat at hornsby so I hope he pulls a good team together... Why does'nt he ask Andrew and Simon.. :P and let them build the car :D

It is true - Narangba is out. Just seen Andrew and he has told me that they will not be at HSC in Feb.

 

Very big pity that such a good team will not be racing.....but I suppose it now leaves the door open for another team to step up and take the opportunity to race in this great series at a great venue.

Gulp... Cody, Charles and Troy all in the same team... The race just moved up a notch... As Jan said, an amazing line up of National Australian Slotcar champions, past and present all converging at HSC, Australia's oldest raceway. This will be a great race. Bring it on... :)
