Guest jazzbell
Attention people due to some teams pulling out of the OPAR endurance race I've had to shuffle things around. The endurance race is still going ahead with some changers. The race now will be a 2 man and the race will be 2 HR. It will still be hand out motor and pinion will remain as 11 tooth. Entry fee will be $70 per team now. This covers cost of hand out motor as well. (NSR 25k Evo ) Start time will remain the same. Scrutineering and handout motor and testing all between the 5pm and 6pm race start time. Racè should finish at 8pm. The track will be open for practice after the endurance race is finished until closing. So one bonus it's worked out for the better for the guys from interstate only arriving on the day to race the Sunday classes. sticks
Important information in regards to the slot.it class. The release of the new model ,the Nissan R89C CAZ8A is not due for world release until the 10-14 February 2015. Thanks to our sponsor armchair racer has had the go ahead from Italy, the new Nissan is now available for the month of January from your local shop now so we can have another great looking car available to race at the MCN. In black and white the above Nissan model will be now added to the car list for this years 2015 MCN. Regards Shane a Team NSR Hi All, I'm assuming just like the SLOT IT Jaguar's you can remove the rear spats from the Nissan for this race? Thanks, Brooksy. After having a look at the Nissan with the spats off I'm going to say that they must remain ON. The above post I said yes before seeing the car, changed it. The car does not look right with the spats off. From the front of the rear wheel to the back of the car a big hole with know body work isn't there.(Know rear wheel arch) Car doesn't look right. I'll get a picture up shortly to show what I mean. Regards shane a Team NSR Hi Shane I would assume that new Nissan we ok to race without the spats(I don't think it comes with any) and the body work on the back is slightly different http://www.slot.it/i..._R89C_sk_GB.pdf Rod
Guest jazzbell
The NissanR89C,model CA28b,car number 85 raced in 1990 without the rear spats with a different looking rear side. The slot it model released does not come with them so it's perfectly fine to race this model as is. The CA28a model was released with the spats and must race with the spats.
