Vinno
Vacuum first to get the large bits off then Damp cloth is what I use. Might need to use some braid conditioner afterwards assuming it is a routed track.
SlotsNZ
Adding to Vince’s - Do you run it “clean”, or “rubbered up” (which I gather is popular in Oz, especially for the old ferrodor painted tracks) if “clean” like most NZ club tracks - which are nearly all wood tracks, we tend to clean down every so often with fuelite/shellite on a soft cloth, then a final wipe, to remove buildups of old rubber, lubricant overspray etc Quote Custodian of many used screws (quite a few loose ) * Recovering Lapsed Slot Addict * Companion of other delusional slot addicts * Total kidder

If ferodore, then good luck - vacuum and blow off with compressed air. If smooth paint, then damp rag and then a dry microfibre cloth. braid - I use an old blue ink rubber gently on the braid.
