gazza
This is my first 24th scale build in over 40 years A new commercial track has started up near me and they had a few 24th scale RTR chassis' in stock so i thought i'd have a bit of a play with one The body is a STL file i've had for a while, it's a 74 XB Hardtop Doesn't matter how many times i print it with different support and configurations the bottom of the skirts will not print, so i've just printed out a couple of pieces to fit in and glue and trim to suit. The front spoiler was easy enough to design, then a couple of test prints to get the width right Glue, fill, sand, sand, fill and sand Air ram printed and fitted, built two different wings (spoilers) for the rear, cut out slots lets me change from one to the other or replace when broken. The finished product, i'm happy Patto has the decals for two versions .... the one above and the one with the Big M in blue which had the two blue stripes down the center If you do get Pattos the "M" that you get on both sets is massive, i had to cut them down to fit in the right place over the wheel arch so be warned. 1 Quote Quickly read this post before it is deleted or i turn grey again Gary http://www.facebook.com/Rallyproxy2017

Kieran
Excellent job. Does the track have a class you can race it in?

Not really, but i'm sure if there is enough interest something will come. There's a home track that we put the big ones around from time to time. 1 Quote Quickly read this post before it is deleted or i turn grey again Gary http://www.facebook.com/Rallyproxy2017
