Carrera Digital D132 D124 Wireless+ Handle Accessory

No rubber bands! Pretty blue too. :)

On chips, we have simply too many to create a video-log. As mentioned earlier in this thread, some were dead-on-arrival, some had no brakes, some had a range with the of about 30cm, some when hooked up to a light kit had only rear lights but not front lights (light kit and LEDs worked perfectly when tested with another chip) and so much more.

My apologies. I’ve just seen this version with the rubber bands. I think I know where the concept came from though.
Nice!

For some reason, that person did not print or use all the parts, specifically the plunger adapter. If the prints are of acceptable quality, the rubber band should not be necessary, but can certainly help in those cases when the print is not accurate and does not properly confine the controller. I'd not seen that photo before, so would be curious where you found it.

I've since updated the design with screw holes on the other side so that the OEM screws can be used to secure the controller to the print more firmly for those users who feel such things as a rubber band is needed on their print.

The important thing is that it works and is a very affordable, practically free for those who already own a printer, way to get pistol grip wireless controllers for Carrera Digital.

I've confirmed that it also fits perfectly into the original Carrera Wireless (infrared) controllers.

I've also added a new version for Carrera GO!!! controllers that requires the OEM screws to secure the controller, because it does not have the side panel design.
