Very nice squire, I bet you end up finishing your before I do mine . .

 

Do you separate those two straights with anything - I notice a few tracks lately with opposing directions set alongside each other, and I imagine horrendous head -ons if there isn't some kind of barrier

:huh: Hey Slots...the two main straights and the returns all run in the same direction so no chance of head ons....just lots of room for tail slides!!! The only area for porential head ons is at the back where the overpass drops to ground level, the track adjacent is butted up against it :huh: Was thinking of introducing a thin seperation wall with banners on it so as to keep the two apart. Not sure yet which way to go. If I had more room I would probably have left a gap but as I said before I liked the room that a 4 lane was giving on the track so lived with this one area in my layout (for now anyway!!) :huh:

love the way you have split the four laner dont really see it very often, great work .......quite a few dollars in sport track there by the looks of things and how did you con the missus into letting you use a room inside the house for a slot track, that is nearly as impressive as the track itself well done B)
